If you need to cancel your subscription please reach out to our Customer Support Chat or via email at [email protected] to put in a request prior to the end of your current billing period. You can find our full refund and cancellation policy here. If you do not request to cancel your subscription before it renews, we cannot refund your payment.

If you port your number to another carrier, please also reach out to our Customer Support team via chat in the Ellis App or via email at [email protected] to confirm that you have successfully ported your number and submit a formal cancellation request.
